Mortgage loan officers typically require the following information to process a loan application:
Most recent payroll stub(s) covering a full month, showing year-to-date income.
W-2 forms for 2009 and 2008. (Or tax returns if self-employed.)
Most recent statement from IRA and retirement accounts.
Most recent bank statements from money market, securities and savings accounts.
The name and phone number of your homeowners insurance agent.
